Hi there!

My name is Leah McKnight and I’m a water marbling artist in Austin, TX.

In marbling, paint or ink colors are applied to the surface of water. The colors can then be manipulated with tools to create mesmerizing patterns. Marbling is a dance, a fun experiment and a meditation all in one.

When my mind is racing (and it often is), I find that marbling slows down my thoughts and brings me into the present moment. It’s truly magical. I love to spread this magic by sharing my process on Instagram, offering my art for purchase and leading in-person marbling workshops. I also offer pop-up marbling stations, the perfect way to add colorful play to any event!

When I’m not playing with paint, I can be found dancing in my living room, petting my cat’s tummy, or camping by a river.
